Bulkhead Mount Engine Room Telegraph Engine Order Nautical Table

Bulkhead mount engine room telegraph  engine order, repurposed and made into a unique, one-of-a-kind nautical table. The E.O. T. was manufactured in the 1950's by the well known Henschel Corp. of Amesbury, Massachusetts and survives in working order.The custom drum style table base was created using oak slats on frame, with the E.O.T. mounted onto the top. The glass covered brass facing states "ASTERN" commands in red letters and "AHEAD"commands in black. Measures 19 1/2 inches in diameter (not including handle) and 18 1/2 inches tall. Very heavy. Makes a wonderful and unique, nautical table and most definitely a conversation piece!
