Galvanized metal, late 19th/ early 20th century combination port and starboard bow light from a small marine craft. Features a thick ruby red (port) and sapphire blue (starboard) Freznel glass lenses that survive in perfect condition. A brass oval manufacturers label attached to the back hanging bracket states: "PERKINS MARINE LAMP & HDWE. CO., PERKO, BROOKLYN NY., U.S.A."  The fixture is lighted by a removable oil font burner OR electric which fits into the bottom of the lamp body. The lantern chimney has a series of shaped ventilation vents and a folding ring bail handle for carrying or hanging. The lamp body measures 9 inches tall (exclusive of bail handle) by 5 inches wide.  Retains an old black painted surface with paint wear in various areas. 

CONDITION: The light overall is in good condition, free of  surface dents or damage to the Fresnel lens. The center light divider is missing  and one of the snap on clips on the burner has been repaired.
