WWII Era Ships Pressure Gauge, Jas. P. Marsh Corporation, Chicago

A WWII ship's pressure gauge manufactured by Jas. P. Marsh Corporation, Chicago. All brass housing with glass window inset into a screw bezel lid for removal. Inspection plate located at the the bottom of the gauge, written in pencil states: "OK, 2-6-46, G.L." which is the inspection date and the initials for the inspector. Black Gauge plate with white numbers, reads from 0-4000 and has a red second reset hand for reading the top pressure. Back flange measures 7 3/4 inches X 2 3/8 inch deep. 5 1/2 inch display window. Probably removed from a Liberty ship. Weighs 6 1/2 pounds.
