A  sailor made three masted barque under full sail on blue clay seas, displayed inside a glass bayonet round light bulb. The rigging is all handmade with tiny pieces of thread as rigging and paper sails. The barque is made of wood and painted black. A red flag is flying at the rear. The ship in a light bulb has two wood treads attached to the bottom in place of a display stand. Mid 20th century.  A rare, unique piece! Would make a wonderful gift for the sailor in your life.
