Acrylic painting on canvas depicting a working Moran Tugboat underway on the Elizabeth River, passing downtown Norfolk and with a US Navy destroyer in dry dock and Olde Towne Portsmouth, Virginia in the background. This particular location is also known as the "0" mile marker on the intracoastal waterway. The painting is in excellent condition. There are a few scratch markers on the wood frame.

William N. Reingold of Norfolk, Virginia was a Physician and an artist. He was a graduate of the University of Virginia, Class of 1952.Reingold was named first place winner in the 1989 Oyster Festival Art Contest for his painting, "York River Oystermen." He resided in Norfolk, VA.
