A handcrafted, 1930's era racing pond yacht, displayed on it's original mahogany stand. This pond yacht is modeled after the J class and the Americas Cup yachts of the era. Stained and waxed cedar top with white and navy blue painted hull. The mast, sails and rigging are long gone, but this classic designed hull makes an amazing nautical statement. This old pond yacht was found in a seaside cottage, located in East Boothbay, Maine. Weighs just shy of 16 pounds.
